Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it.

• For the best chance of cancellation, email us within 12 hours of ordering at hello@healthlumea.com.
• If your order has already shipped, we’ll help you complete a return once it arrives.


Damaged / Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement at no cost. Please email us before sending anything back so we can verify the issue and provide return instructions:

How to Start a Return

Email hello@healthlumea.com within your 7-day free-trial period with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.

Returning Your Order

To return an order, we will provide the shipping warehouse address and step-by-step instructions after we approve your request.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

To start a return, email hello@healthlumea.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Receiving & Processing Your Return

After your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 24–48 hours for inspection.
Once your item passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
